FOPC Strategic Plan

The Strategic Highway Safety Plan (SHSP) identifies Unrestrained Occupants as one of Florida’s Safety Emphasis Areas. The Florida Occupant Protection Strategic Plan was developed in 2017 to address the Unrestrained Occupant Emphasis area and supports the vision of the SHSP. The plan includes strategies that focus resources and investments on reducing fatalities and serious injuries related to unrestrained occupants.
